Four steps, and the first one is free.
You see working software early and often, because changes are cheapest while a system is young.
Discover
We visit, follow a job from start to finish, and collect the forms, books and spreadsheets you use today. You sign off a written description of the workflow before anything is built.
Build
You see the system running with your own data as it is built, never mock-ups, so your team can try each part and say what is wrong while it is still cheap to change.
Launch
Existing records imported, users and roles set up, each role trained on its own screens with printed quick guides, and Lefori staff with your team for the first days of live use.
Support
Direct support by WhatsApp and phone from the people who built the system, a client group for updates, and release notes for every change.
The first step costs nothing. The discovery visit and the written description of your workflow are free, and yours to keep whether or not you go ahead. After that the work is quoted as fixed-price phases, and the system runs on your server or ours.

Rental management system
Property and tenancy management for landlords, property managers and agencies: units with rent and status, tenants with balances, history and a generated tenancy agreement, invoices, receipts, security deposits with itemised deductions, expenses, and demand notices raised for every overdue account in one action. Reports cover collections, deposit reconciliation, property performance and outstanding balances, on the owner's letterhead.
Delivered and in daily use, with an isolated workspace for each landlord or agency.
Food processing plant management system
Twelve stations across four parts of the line, from raw material intake to packaging. Workers enter only what they weigh, and the system works out useful output, by-product, waste, unaccounted variance and yield, routing each output to the next station, to stock, to rework or to waste. Material lots are traceable in both directions, with recipe versions, holds and corrections.
Delivered as a container for the client's own server, with a user guide and system documentation.
Contract catering management system
Client contracts and delivery schedules, purchase requisitions, orders, goods received, supplier invoices and payments, cash requisitions and payment vouchers, stores with batches and physical counts, kitchen requisitions and store issues, production batches, and wastage and consumption analysis. Six roles, a configurable approval matrix, an audit trail and fifteen branded reports.

Tour operations management system
Enquiry to itinerary to costing in more than one currency, with quotations kept as fixed snapshots, then booking, operations and finance. Itineraries and quotations as PDF and Word, plus invoices, receipts, supplier vouchers, booking confirmations and an operations pack. Margin rules with every override recorded.
