Can you build something specific to our operation?
Yes. Alongside the products, Lefori builds custom systems for operations that no product fits, such as production lines, supply chains, bookings, records and approvals. What equipment do we need?
The system runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. The Lefori team confirms your set-up during discovery.
Can we control what each member of staff can see and do?
Yes. Every product uses role-based access, so cashiers, pharmacists, clinicians, accountants and managers only reach the functions their role allows, and activity logging and audit trails show who did what and when.
How is pricing billed, and is there a trial?
Lefori Shopmaster and Lefori Pharmacy are billed monthly or yearly in Ugandan shillings, with yearly billing giving 12 months for the price of 11, and both include a 30-day free trial. Lefori Health is scoped and quoted per facility, and Lefori Accounts is quoted per workspace.
Can I pay per month?
Yes. Lefori Shopmaster and Lefori Pharmacy plans can be paid monthly. Prices are shown per year by default, so choose Monthly in the pricing section to see the monthly amount for each plan. Paying yearly gives you 12 months for the price of 11.
Who sets the system up and trains our team?
The Lefori team does. Set-up of items, opening stock, users and roles is done with you, staff are trained before go-live, and the same team remains reachable by phone, WhatsApp and email afterwards.
